Two ways. Some statuses are set by a person, like moving an invoice from draft to sent to paid. Others, like Overdue or Low Stock, TraceSource works out for you, so nobody has to keep them up to date.

Yes. When a record is created or its status changes, the App can notify the right people and send invitations, in the order you set. Every run is logged, so you can always see what happened.

Usually none. The phone camera reads barcodes and QR codes. When you need range or hands-free counting, TraceSource works with the CSL CS108 RFID sled, the Urovo R70 finger reader and the SATO WS4 label printer.

No. You add one scanning question, and whoever fills the form picks the device they have with them. Someone with only a phone can complete the same form as someone with a sled.

The CSL CS108 reads tags from about 10 metres away, so one sweep counts a whole pallet or shelf. The Urovo R70 is worn on a finger and reads both RFID tags and barcodes, so both hands stay free.

Yes. A printing question takes a value from your form, turns it into a QR code or barcode, and prints the label on a SATO WS4 desktop printer over USB, network or Bluetooth.

You decide. Put people in departments, choose which parts of an App each department can open, and anything they are not allowed to see simply does not appear. Team members see their own submissions unless you let them see everyone's.

Yes. A deleted App goes to the trash with its forms and can be restored within 30 days. Deleting your account works the same way: a 30-day window, then it is gone for good.

Yes. Everything the web and mobile apps do runs on the same API. You can create your own access keys, limit what they can do, give them an expiry date and revoke them at any time.

Android and iPhone. Get it from Google Play or the App Store, sign in, and your forms are there.

Everything the person in the field needs: fill forms with or without signal, scan with the camera or a reader, take photos, and add records to the Apps they have access to. You can also draft a form by chatting with the assistant on the phone.

Your own work: the forms assigned to you, the responses you sent, and drafts you can pick up later. Managers who are allowed to see everything get the full workspace view.

Yes. Anything saved offline is sent automatically once the phone is back online. The app shows how many responses are still waiting, with a Sync now button if you would rather not wait.
